Only workout for short periods of time, if you workout for too long your muscle will start to break down. Muscle burns a lot of calories and the amount you have can change the speed of your metabolism. Keep you muscle mass high and you metabolism will stay high. Try to exercise every morning, this will keep your metabolism high for the rest of the day.
