It seems that there is an inseparable relation between the added pounds of flesh and the period of post-pregnancy re a proud mother. In almost each case you will come across a fatty momma. Well I am not saying that everyone is of the same type and while some may be more the others may be lesser. Why is this so? During these nine months the mamma gets a complete rest and the body weight becomes heavier than ever before. It\'s accepted. You may agree or disagree but you are having weak muscles, sudden appearance of cellulite and varicose veins in different parts of the body along with excessive weight. You shall have to lose weight and retrieve your former figure.

What should be the first step? Start by drinking a lot of water. There is nothing to get amazed. Water is the most important nutrient in a human body and never forget that 70%of your body is full of water. Well, the amount of water that you are drinking must not be less than 2 liters. Never toy with this amount since I am not doing any rubbish. Water also helps in the proper functioning and betterment of the digestive system. It gets lubricated and the body temperature also gets improved. Beside you will gain flexibility.

You should also concentrate on exercises. But the exercises should be confined to the level of free-hand and nothing more than that. If any advises you to go to any gym, never heed him/her. The best is always if you can commence the habit of walking. Walking is of utmost importance and you do not have to adopt any additional measure to start and follow this. You can simply walk in the compound of your residence or in the neighborhood.

Now you will have to make your own routine. Try to walk for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. If you are unable to invest this time, you may contract it but not less than 30 minutes in any way. Make sure that the route of walking remains free from busy traffic. It is better if your pace of walking remains slow for the first few weeks. But you must gradually increase the speed in the following weeks. It is essential.

You shall have to concentrate on the aspect of diets also. This is imperative and therefore requires your concentration. You must reduce the amount of food and the intake of calories as well. Though calories play a significant role during pregnancy to retain the healthiness, there is no need of those in the later periods.

Lastly you have to continue this and never change the routine. This is certainly beneficial for you.
