When you are recovering from your weight thrashing surgery you will most viable be on a stern diet. Your diet will consist of three to four phases designed to get your new stomach running and back to digesting lasting food.
The first time is right after surgery and for up to four years. This is the release liquid foods chapter. On liquids you will soda water, Gatorade, bright glug mixes, gumbo, Jell-O and any other release fluids you can think of. It’s important to sip something almost constantly during this time to help your body get enough liquids to repair and dwell healthy.
After this stage you can move against the gorged liquids diet. Some may be very excited to be able to begin on something more inside or some may find that their new stomach makes odd squelches at the thought. Everyone is different and will jerk on the next point at a different face. The inclusive liquids shakes, and breakfast drinks and any other non-clear liquids that you can think of. You may be on the sated liquids diet for a team of weeks.
The next two phases are regularly thought of in one group but really it’s the pureed foods time
and the supple foods phase. In pureed foods your surgeon or nutritionist may show that you try drinking baby food to see if you like it. Also you can crush effects to make drinking with a shake like consistency. The important thing is to pioneer your stomach to more foods but still make it as painless as possible for you to digest. In pathetic foods phase your prescription will be for foods that are easy to mush up in your mouth. The effects can be mashed potatoes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and so on.
