When you are trying to lose weight, soda and other unnatural juices are off limits because of sugar quantities in them, and other unhealthy stuff in them.
So, for those of you who can't drink pure water all the time, here are couple of good juice recipes for weight loss :
Ingredients : - 2 carrots - 2 apples - 3 spoons of orange juice Put some carrots and apples in your juicer, and when done, add a little orange juice into the mix too. Carrot will give you energy and make you feel fresh, while apple will help you control weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. This juice works as a great antioxidant too. This juice has aproximately 0.91 g of protein, 20.3 g of carbohydrates and 0.33 g of fat in 100 g. Ingredients : - 1 lemon Ok, i suppose everyone here knows how to make a lemon juice? I just wanted to point it out as one of the simplest ways of refreshing yourself quickly and almost effortless. Of course, if you want to lose weight, you won't put any sugar in it, but it still tastes great for most of the people. Ingredients : - Watermelon - lemon juice - mineral water Cut watermalon in little brick shaped pieces and put it in the freezer for one hour. Then put it in the blender with some lemon juice. Fill half of the cup with it, and add mineral water until cup is full. Enjoy. :) Ingredients : - 1 orange Again, so simple to make, but yet so tasteful, healthy, refreshing and full of vitamins.
